MembersDesk

Questions before choosing a platform.

Practical answers to help you assess fit, options and the next step.

Who is MembersDesk for?

Associations and federations that need a shared environment for collaboration and knowledge across their users and groups.

Does it cover every aspect of association management?

The focus here is collaboration, communications and knowledge. If you need membership fees, accounting, renewals or a CRM, describe those requirements explicitly so the scope can be assessed.

Which modules are optional?

Knowledge base, Newsletter, Mobile PWA and a separate Legacy archive are optional. The proposal should state which capabilities and services are included.

Can users control the updates they receive?

User-managed alerts, digests and notifications are part of the platform proposition. The demo shows daily, weekly and monthly digest preferences; review the available controls for your own needs.

Is the directory a separate membership database?

The directory lists platform users and supports collaboration. It helps people find their interlocutors and their professional details.

What is the difference between Knowledge base and Legacy archive?

The Knowledge base gives reusable expertise a dedicated home. Legacy archive keeps historical content accessible separately from current working documents. They are distinct options.

Can we discuss our existing extranet?

Yes. Bring information about your current groups, users and documents so migration scope and responsibilities can be discussed.

How do we get a price?

MembersDesk has an annual per-user licence with volume discounts: the rate per user decreases at higher user volumes. Setup is a one-off fee. Migration, when needed, is a separately scoped one-off cost. Your proposal confirms the user count, licence tier, selected options and total budget.
