Demo requests

We collect your name, work email, organisation, selected topic and optional message to respond to your enquiry and prepare a relevant demonstration. We also store a request reference, timestamps and delivery status. This processing supports your request for information and steps towards a potential business relationship. It does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Hosting and email delivery

The website and enquiry database are hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. Enquiry notifications are sent through Brevo to the MembersDesk contact responsible for responding. Access is limited to people and service providers involved in operating the website and handling enquiries. Hosting and email providers may process technical logs needed for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond, follow up on the business discussion and meet applicable legal obligations. We review information when the discussion ends and remove it when there is no continuing purpose for keeping it. You may ask us about the information held about you or request its deletion.

Optional audience measurement

With your consent, Google Analytics measures website visits and completed demo requests. It receives technical browsing information such as page views, device and browser information and cookie identifiers. We do not send form contents, names or email addresses to Analytics. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under its applicable data-protection arrangements. Analytics is not loaded before consent. You can withdraw consent through Cookie preferences at any time.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact francois@triptiq.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority or the supervisory authority where you live or work.
