Pricing & scope

Start with the scope your organisation needs.

An annual licence based on your number of users, with volume discounts. A one-off setup fee gets your platform ready; migration is quoted separately when needed.

Annual licence, with volume discounts

Your annual licence is calculated from the number of users. The per-user rate decreases at higher user volumes. Your proposal confirms the user count, applicable volume tier, selected modules and annual total.

Optional module

Four optional extensions

Knowledge base, Newsletter, Mobile PWA and a separate Legacy archive are optional. Select them around a concrete need rather than assuming every organisation needs every module.

One-off setup and migration

The setup fee covers installation, branding and configuration of your working structure. If you are moving from another system, migration is scoped and quoted as a separate one-off cost, based on the users, documents, folders and metadata to transfer.

Make the proposal comparable

Ask for the billing unit, recurring charges, any minimum, setup fees and optional-module costs to be stated together. Discuss the maintenance scope of any tailored work.
